The Living on Live Food Teacher Certification




Due to the huge demand for the teacher trainings, Alissa will be offering these 4 day intensive trainings again, starting in May 2009 for a limited time. 

The only way to become a level 3 teacher, for Alissa, is to be trained directly by her in this 4 day class.

In this 4 day Teacher Training, you will be certified as a level 1, level 2 and level 3 Teacher. You will also receive a Chef Certification from Alissa’s restaurant, Grezzo.

Due to Alissa's busy schedule, it is impossible to predict future class dates. We will post future dates as soon as we have them available.

This training includes all three Certifications for level 1, 2 and 3
plus the ‘12 hour Chef Training’
 plus the ‘Weekend Class’ information.
This is a lot of information and class time rolled into one intensive learning experience. All meals included plus 3 gourmet meals at Grezzo on Monday.
The price for this training is $2475.00.

This is a savings of $2870.00 if these classes were to be taken separately

You will spend 3 days with Alissa in her home in Kittery, Maine where you will learn:

  • Simple and easy raw food prep
  • How to teach level one and level two classes
  • How to be a successful Living on Live Food teacher for individuals and groups
  • Many different aspects of how to run a thriving raw food business
  • Various other aspects of the raw food lifestyle.

The 4th day will be spent at Grezzo for an intensive 12 hour Culinary Chef Training class. Please click here for more information on the 12 Hour Chef Training day. You will be learning recipes and techniques that are unique to Grezzo restaurant. You will learn the intricate details of how to prepare this type of eclectic food that is cutting edge in the raw food world. You will spend one full day with Alissa and her executive chef, Leah Dubois at Grezzo Restaurant in Boston, MA.

This 4 day training is unique in the fact that it will cover many aspects of the raw food diet. There will be many hours of food prep instruction from basic raw food prep to advanced culinary techniques. Additionally, there will be Q&A sessions with Alissa that will allow you to ask any questions that you may have.

Previously Alissa has taught this with a limit of 30 people. These classes would be full 2 months ahead of the scheduled date.  These new classes are limited to 20 people so reserve your space early!

I have been receiving daily emails and phone calls in my office regarding when there will be more of these classes.  I felt badly that many of you missed out on the previous teacher trainings.

There has been such a huge demand for this class and also a huge demand for more Alissa Cohen teachers in many areas that I have decided to continue to offer these classes for a limited time.

It is an exciting time for me to be offering these classes.  With the addition of new information as well as the addition of the 12 Hour Chef Training class from Grezzo,  (from which we have had stellar reviews) these classes are an extremely thorough and intensive learning experience unlike any other classes available anywhere.

I am aware at this time that many people are looking to change careers or have been forced to look for new avenues of income. This training is the perfect way to start a whole new career, working for yourself and making money doing what you love.

Many of our certified living on live food teachers derive a very large income after receiving this certification because of the opportunity to teach the Living on Live Food instructor (level 2) course. You will be listed as a teacher in our database that will send people your way who are looking for the Living on Live Food, level 1 and level 2, certification course.

This course will allow you to instruct individuals and groups based on the Living on Live Food approach. You will also be able to teach the Living on Live Food Chef certification course (level 1) and the Living on Live Food Instructor Certification course (level 2).

You will be teaching from a core curriculum. You will not have to handle paperwork as we will mail all certificates to each student in your class. We require 20 percent of these classes for paperwork and certifications, email and phone referrals and original copies of the core curriculum and any handouts.

We will handle the printing and mailing of all paperwork for certificates to each Level 1 and level 2 students that you certify.

You can discuss all things raw; teaching techniques, client and group practices, swap recipes, share practical tips and so much more. This support board is an incredible tool for keeping in touch with others on this path, finding immediate answers to your questions and continuing with your knowledge of the raw food lifestyle.
