Why Eat Raw?
Raw foods often are of a higher quality of nutrition therefore your body uses 100% of the nutrients causing you to eat less and utilize more. When you consume cooked foods, the heat from cooking often destroys many of the beneficial enzymes and nutrients that help you digest and use the food for energy, which is why individuals on cooked foods generally complain of indigestion, poor absorption and lack of energy.

I have found that raw foods have more flavor, require little prep time and gives the chef lots of creativity when compiling their meals. What is more convenient than peeling a carrot and eating it? Most importantly, eating raw foods can help heal your body! Raw foods protect the human body from disease and actually reverse the process of aging. In addition, weight loss and the loss of cellulite often result due to the clean foods you ingest.

I have been eating raw for many years and am so excited to share my knowledge with you! I teach cooking classes regularly in my community and am a successful Nutritionist who specializes in specialty lifestyles, including raw food, allergy-free (food allergies), candida, weight loss, detox and so much more.
