My journey towards achieving optimum health and well-being began over 15 years ago when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Although I was told I had a chronic illness, I refused to accept it, and spent much of my time researching and reading in an effort to educate myself on how I could cure myself. About 8 years ago, the advice of a good friend and co-worker ultimately led to my healing. She shared a story with me about her Chiropractor, and how he cured himself of Psoriasis by eating raw foods. After hearing his story, I decided to read everything I could about raw foods and I soon discovered, Alissa Cohen's "Living on Live Foods" book. Live foods have not only cured my illness, but I've never felt more energetic or ALIVE! It truly feels amazing to be living on live foods, as I know in my heart and soul that this is the best way to nourish my body.
I have always had a passion for helping others and I am dedicated to educating people on the remarkable power of LIVE raw food and how to sustain themselves with this lifestyle change. Live foods are full of living enzymes, which create a healing system that covers the entire spectrum of our being, and help to detoxify, cleanse and revitalize our mind, body and spirit.
