“Thank you so much for the raw food “cooking” class. I have continued to enjoy my take home goodies but the experience was very inspirational. I hope that all the clients that follow enjoy it as much as I did. I have even used the spiralizer already and still have fun watching it make green noodles. It was definitely fun and you did a great job making me feel confident that I can do it too.“ -Fran, Charlotte, NC

"You could say that I have high demands for food. I want it to be delicious. It must be nutrient dense, preferably vegan and raw. It should be easy to prepare or very accessible. Is that too much to ask? Not with Laura. She has shown me that it's possible to have all that. My favorites are her raw, vegan pesto and squash ravioli. After I saw her make these dishes, I was able to easily make them at home myself. You must try these for yourself...and invite me over!"

Born in Alaska, raised in Wisconsin/Minnesota, I moved to the South in 2007 and to the Carolinas in 2010. My family history is riddled with heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and obesity. Having witnessed much suffering of loved ones, I was determined to not live that "fate". Through the years, learning about the beauty and endurance of the human body, along with the power of the foods we eat, a strong passion was stirred in me to make this my life's focus. Disease is not my fate, nor does it have to be yours! We were not properly educated on how to eat and take care of our whole being to the point of ultimate wellness. We've basically been taught how to maintain status quo... if that. The information is out there and I'm having a blast learning about it and am bursting at the seams to share it with you!
