In the Spring of 2008, Faith discovered raw food when someone handed her an article about how veggies heal and repairs the body. Why? This was her question. Well, it's naturally grown and meant for us to eat. So, it got her to thinking about fruits, seeds, nuts, and etc. A light bulb appeared and she got it! It made sense, actually too much sense! Faith did all kinds of reading and research on raw food. The more knowledge she gained, the more it really made sense.
Faith gradually added raw food to her diet. She really started to feel better right away, more energetic, and a lot more stronger! As time went on, she had to be 100% honest with herself to be 100% raw and did it with an awesome attitude too!
After taking Alissa's classes, a whole new world opened up for Faith. She discovered that there are so many quick, easy, fun, and delicious ways to prepare raw food. Thanks Alissa!!
